The Management Consulting organization develops, thus covers all aspects that are involved in enforcement measures, such as:

- Analysis and needs assessments.
- Design and implementation of Strategic Plans and / or selective measures
- Impartation teaching
- Evaluating and monitoring the actions taken.
- External consultancy in methodological aspect.
- And, in short, all activities and processes that are part of what we call management consulting.
